Senior polka dances end at NW Side venue

Senior polka dancing has ended at the Stardust Banquet Hall on Chicago's Northwest Side.

It's their last dance, but the memories will live on.

For almost 22 years, the Major Pensioneers played for seniors at the Stardust Banquet Hall on Milwaukee Avenue on the city's Northwest Side.

The Tuesday tradition ended on Tuesday.

Apparently, there have not been enough people on the dance floor lately.
