Rachael Cruz, 15, missing from Chicago Lawn for 5 days

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Police ask for the public's help to find Rachael Cruz, 15, who has been missing from the city's Chicago Lawn neighborhood for five days.

Cruz is known to frequent the 6100-block of South Parkside Avenue and the 6200-block of South Merrimac Avenue, police said in a release.

The 15-year-old girl was last seen on July 29 wearing a black shirt, black pants and red shoes. The Hispanic teen has brown hair, brown eyes, a medium complexion, weighs about 120 lbs. and is about 5'03" tall.
