CHICAGO (WLS) -- Rush University Medical Center is offering a new option for veterans dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder.

The "Road Home Program" is an outpatient program that provides veterans intensive therapy that goes beyond what most government providers can offer.

The program lasts 19 days and draws vets from all over the country.

Rush is one of four hospitals nationwide to provide this service. It's partially funded by the Wounded Warriors Project.
