Members of The Black Youth Project, one of the groups leading the local protests against the Ferguson decision, staged a sit-in at City Hall.
About 40 protesters held a demonstration in the Loop, against a grand jury's decision not to indict Darren Wilson in the shooting death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri.
