Random Act of Kindness: Rev. Dr. Henry Raven

CHICAGO -- The Action Coalition of Englewood has served the South Side community for more than 30 years.

But with decreased donations Rev. Dr. Henry Raven is finding it more difficult to feed, clothe and provide necessary services to those in need.

Windy City LIVE read about the plight of the Action Coalition of Englewood in a recent news article and we'd like to do a 'call to action' for Rev. Henry's organization.

What Rev. Dr. Henry Raven doesn't know is that while we're doing a 'call to action' for the Action Coalition of Englewood, he's also Monday's Random Act of Kindness.

Raise, the marketplace for buying and selling gift cards, is giving the Action Coalition of Englewood a little head start right before the holidays. WCL is giving him $300 to help with food and clothing for his organization.
