Spain defeats Nigeria in Olympic Games

San Antonio Spurs'Pau Gasol, Los Angeles Lakers' Jose Calderon, Chicago Bulls'Nikola Mirotic and Minnesota Timberwolves'Ricky Rubio represented Spain in the Olympics today facing Nigeria.

Gasol and Rubio ruled the show, with Gasol knocking down 16 points and Rubio hitting 15 points. Mirotic hit seven points, playing in just over 17 minutes.

Calderon played in just under six minutes, not tallying any points. Still, Spain beat Nigeria 96-87.
