Metra trains resume after pedestrian killed
Metra Union Pacific North trains are running again after a pedestrian killed.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Metra Union Pacific service was disrupted on the North Side after a pedestrian was fatally struck by a train Friday morning.

Metra said inbound and outbound trains were halted near the intersection of Belmont and Ravenswood after a pedestrian as struck by train #305. By 9 a.m., trains were moving again with residual delays

Metra said the pedestrian was killed.
