CHICAGO (WLS) -- Parts of the Chicago area are under Flood Warning Saturday due to heavy rain.

Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall and Will counties are under a Flood Warning until 1 p.m. Saturday.







A Beach Hazard Statement is in effect in Cook County and Lake County, Indiana until Monday 9 a.m.



The Chicago Bears Training Camp by LRS practice will not be open to fans on Saturday due to the weather. Tickets for Saturday's practice cannot be transferred to another date.

There are reports of ponding on highways and roads across the Chicago area.



Due to the heavy rains, Lollapalooza organizers delayed doors opening until 2 p.m. Saturday.

BoricuaFest, which celebrates Puerto Rican culture in Elgin, was canceled due to the weather.

As for Lollapalooza and the Cubs game, ABC7 meteorologists say the steady rain likely ends between 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday.

A ground stop was temporarily issued at O'Hare airport until 8:15 a.m. due to thunderstorms. The average delay for flights is about 15 minutes at O'Hare.



At Midway airport, delays averaged about 36 minutes.
