CHICAGO (WLS) -- Upset consumers thought they were getting a sweet offer for airline tickets.
The Facebook deal claimed users could win either a trip to Las Vegas or a first class flight to a dream destination. But it was a scam.
Steve Bernas from the Better Business Bureau explained how the scam worked.
He also introduced the BBB's Scam Tracker, a new tool people can use track scams across the country and in their own neighborhoods.
