GLENCOE (WLS) -- The Chicago Botanic Garden is hosting the 33rd American Craft Exposition September 15-17, 2017. Collectors and art enthusiasts will get to peruse artwork from 145 of the country's leading craftspeople and artists. Visitors can find something for everyone, with artists showcasing new achievements in jewelry, ceramics, metal, fashion wearables, glass, furniture, fiber decoratives, leather, wood, mixed media and basketry.
While the American Craft Exposition helps emerging artists gain an audience, it also support the NorthShore University HealthSystem. Proceeds will benefit pharmacogenomics and orthopaedic regenerative medicine research at NorthShore. Tickets are $13 for a single three-day pass for Chicago Botanic Garden members and $15 for non-Chicago Botanic Garden members.
