8th annual Run To End Homelessness

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Rain didn't stop hundreds of people from running for a good cause.

Saturday was the 8th annual Run To End Homelessness, near Montrose Harbor.

All proceeds from the 5K go to A Safe Haven Foundation, which provides shelter, food and programs for those battling addiction and homelessness.

ABC7's Dionne Miller served as the emcee.
