Teen appears in court for shooting death of Darren Foggey

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A 15 year old Chicago boy will appear in court today, charged in the murder of another teen.

16-year-old Darren Foggey was shot to death last Wednesday night, July 23, in a home on South Artesian.

He was in the bedroom of a home when a bullet went through a window and struck him in the neck.

A police source says Foggey had gang affiliations. They are withholding the name of the suspect because of his age.
