SWAT team searches Downers Grove building after reported burglary

DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. (WLS) -- Downers Grove police are still searching a multi-unit building after an earlier report of a burglary, officials said.

Police and a SWAT team were called around 2:38 p.m. Wednesday to the second floor of the building, located in the 2800-block of Gabriella, police said.

Officials said a resident described the subject as an African American male with a light complexion and a black hoodie.

No injuries were reported.
