ORLAND PARK, Ill. (WLS) -- A 93-year-old Orland Park man who was reported missing by his family Saturday after he drove to a south suburban cemetery was found safe several hours later.
Joseph Grobarek, who does not typically drive, left his home, located near 167th and Mallow Ridge Drive, at about 9:30 a.m. and has not been seen since, his family said.
At about 8 p.m., his family said he was found safe.
Grobarek was headed to Resurrection Cemetery in Justice, driving a tan 2004 Ford.
He is 5-feet-3-inches tall and wears glasses. He has a tattoo of a ship on his right arm. He was wearing a green zip-up sweatshirt, black pants and black shoes.
Grobarek's granddaughter said he missed his medication on Saturday. He has some memory issues, she said.
