CHICAGO (WLS) -- There will be a grand send-off at the Lincoln Park Zoo Saturday for one of its biggest residents.

Anana the iconic polar bear is saying goodbye. She will be moving east to the North Carolina Zoo in Asheboro after calling the Chicago zoo home for the last 13 years.

This comes as the Lincoln Park Zoo gets ready to build a new, state-of-the-art polar bear habitat.

A send-off party will be held at the zoo's Polar Bear Plaza from 10 a.m.-noon.
