LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLS) -- An Indiana police officer is being kept off the streets for now after being caught on camera tipping a man out of his wheel chair.
The incident actually happened last October in Lafayette, but the video was just been released.
Despite the police department recommending that the lieutenant he be fired, a review board decided to suspend him for 30 days instead.
Now that the officer is back on the job, the department reassigned him to desk duty.
