ABC7's Cheryl Scott adopts beagle rescued from Ridglan Farms

CHICAGO (WLS) -- It's always fun when we can meet new four-legged friends.

Meteorologist Cheryl Scott had a special introduction Wednesday night at the very end of eyewitness news at 10 p.m.

"This is our latest rescue beagle," Cheryl said. "He came out of the research labs at Ridglan Farms. We have been fostering him. His given name is Journey and we call him Jerry."
