ABC7's Paul Meincke recovering from open heart surgery

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Our ABC7 colleague Paul Meincke recently had open heart surgery.

Our thoughts are with Paul and his family as he continues to recover. He penned a short poem, writing: "Stopped the heart, Lost some weight. Fired it up, Feeling great."
