Blackhawks to face Sabres in 2014-15 home opener

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Chicago Blackhawks will host the Buffalo Saberes in the home opener to the 2014-15 NHL season on Saturday, Oct. 11 at the United Center at 7:30 p.m., the league announced Saturday.

The remainder of the Blackhawks regular season schedule will be announce Sunday afternoon, while the local and national television broadcast information will be announced at a later date.
