Willow Springs police find body of man believed to be linked to missing persons case

WILLOW SPRINGS, Ill. (WLS) -- South suburban police found the body of a man who they believe is linked to a missing persons case.

The Willow Springs Police Department said officers recovered the body of a 21-year-old man near Archer Avenue and LaGrange Road on Saturday morning.

Investigators believe the man is connected to a missing persons case from early November out of the nearby village of Justice.

The man's identity was not immediately released, and how he died was not immediately clear.
