CICERO, Ill. (WLS) -- A boil order has been lifted for people in parts of Cicero, officials said Saturday.
The video in the player above is from a previous report.
The order issued Thursday impacted anyone who is experiencing water pressure issues and lives in the area from 24th south to Pershing, between Lombard and just east of Cicero Avenue.
A contractor hit a water main Thursday leading to this issue.
People needed to boil water at least five minutes if it was going to be used for drinking, washing dishes or brushing teeth.
