Burglars crash car into Beverly liquor store, Chicago police say

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Four suspects crashed a car into a liquor store in the Beverly neighborhood Tuesday morning, Chicago police said.

The incident occurred at about 3:16 a.m. at Armanetti Town Liquor Store in the 10000-block of South Western Avenue.

Police said the suspects crashed a white sedan into the store and stole a cash register and merchandise from the store.

The suspects then fled in a silver SUV and left the sedan at the scene, police said.

No injuries were reported and no one is in custody, police said. Area Two detectives are investigating.
