Woman killed after tree falls on camper trailer in Kendall County ID'd; woman's dogs killed as well

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Kendall County Coroner's Office identified the woman killed after a tree fell on a camper trailer Saturday.

Dana Jenner, 47, of New Lenox died in the incident.

Jenner's two dogs died, as well.

The woman was pronounced dead on the scene around 3:20 p.m. in the 8500-block of Millbrook Road in Fox Township, the Kendall County Sheriff's Office said.

The tree fell during severe weather on the Fourth of July.

The coroner's office said she suffered multiple injuries consistent with the incident.

An autopsy is scheduled for Monday.

Three children died Friday on Geneva Lake as severe weather swept through the area.
