Investigators say Marlon Miller attacked 3 women

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A man accused of punching several women in Chicago's Loop appeared in court Friday, where he was indicted.
Marlon Miller is facing three counts of aggravated battery.
Some have argued the 40-year-old suspect should have never been on the streets.
A judge ordered he remain in custody lats month. Previously, Miller was ordered to have a health evaluation while in custody.
Miller was also accused of throwing a milkshake at a woman near the Chicago Theatre last month and punching two women in the face on Lake Street in October. After that incident, a judge placed him on electronic monitoring.

Investigators say he attacked at least three women in December.
He was on an ankle monitor at the time of the attacks for several other attacks, officials said.
