Man charged after woman sexually assaulted while jogging on 606 Trail, Chicago police say

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police are investigating a horrific attack on a popular trail.

A 32-year-old woman was tackled and groped as she jogged early Tuesday near the west end of the 606 Trail on the city's Northwest Side.

Police arrested 56-year-old Ricardo Colon.

Colon is charged with felony aggravated criminal sex abuse.

The victim was treated for injuries, officials said.

No further information was available as Chicago police continue to investigate.
