CTA Blue Line service disrupted by medical emergency downtown

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A medical emergency has disrupted CTA Blue Line service downtown Tuesday, the agency said.

The CTA said there is a medical emergency on the tracks in the area of Washington.

As a result, Blue Line trains were not running between Grand and UIC-Halsted. As of 10:45 am., trains resumed running but were bypassing the Washington station.
