

CHICAGO (WLS) -- An American Airlines flight blew two tires landing at O'Hare airport Monday afternoon, the Federal Aviation Administration said.
American Airlines Flight 386 landed safely around 2 p.m. The plane came from New York's LaGuardia Airport, the FAA said.
Passengers were able to get off the plane using stairs, the FAA said.
Chopper 7 was over the scene about 3:45 p.m., and several fire trucks and police cars could be seen surrounding an American Airlines plane.
Buses were seen near the plane to take passengers to the terminal.
It was not immediately clear if anyone was injured.

Theaircraft has been taken outofservicetobeinspectedby American, the airline said.
"Wethankour team membersfortheirprofessionalism and weapologize to our customers fortheirexperience," the airline said.
Delays at O'Hare at the time were less than 15 minutes.
This is at least the second time in two weeks that tires on a plane at O'Hare have blown out.
The FAA will investigate.
