Carmine's restaurant returning to Gold Coast after nearly 3 years, $4M remodel

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Gold Coast Rush Street staple is about to make its return to Chicago after more than two years.

Carmine's, the iconic Italian restaurant from the Rosebud Group, is planning to reopen on Monday in their newly refurbished space at 1037 North Rush.

They expect to offer the same signature pastas and red sauces they were known for, prior to closing for renovations back in 2023.
