Photo shows alleged rider in lakefront path hit-and-run, Chicago police say

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police released a picture of a rider on a dirt bike, they say is responsible in a serious hit-and-run crash on the lakefront.

The crash happened on July 20 at about 3:57 p.m. on the lakefront bike path near the 1400-block of North Lake Shore Drive.

Police said a man on a yellow dirt bike allegedly hit a 45-year-old woman who was riding her bike.

The driver was wearing a black ski mask and black clothing.

CPD said the driver was driving recklessly.
