Chicago police squad car involved in Bridgeport crash, video shows

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Chicago police squad car was seen with heavy damage after a crash on the city's Southwest Side, video shows.

The crash happened outside a BP gas station at 31st Street and Halsted Street in the Bridgeport neighborhood.

Video shows a black pickup truck with extensive damage.

The CPD squad car appeared to have crashed head-on.
