
CHICAGO (WLS) -- A man was found with a gunshot wound near a car crash in the Heart of Chicago, police said.
It happened in the 2200-block of West Cermak Road on Wednesday at about 10:29 p.m., Chicago police said.
A man, believed to be in his 20s, was driving through an alley when he crashed into a pole, police said.

The victim got out of the car and was found nearby with a gunshot wound to the back.
Chicago police said the man was taken to Mt. Sinai hospital in critical condition.
Nobody is in custody.
