Man shot inside Washington Park business, Chicago police say

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police are investigating a shooting inside a South Side business on Tuesday.

The shooting happened at about 12:49 p.m. in the 100-Block of E. Garfield Boulevard, police said.

A 24-year-old man was inside a business when the suspect walked in and started to shoot, police said.

The victim was shot in the hand and was taken to an area hospital. CPD said he is expected to be OK.
