CHICAGO (WLS) -- ChiGivesBack is back this holiday season, bringing gifts, meals, and joy to families across Chicago. The nonprofit's 9th Annual Chicagoland Toy Drive aims to support communities in Englewood, Garfield Park, and beyond, with events including a Toy Drive Reception on December 7 and a Toy Drive Pop-Up on December 21.
Co-founders Sandi Robinson and John Boddie say the program is about more than toys. It's about building community. In 2025, the group donated over 30,000 toys thanks to volunteers, partners, and supporters.
