Cyber Monday shoppers crash Target website

CHICAGO -- Target's website couldn't handle the volume of online shoppers and crashed on Cyber Monday.

Target is offering 15 percent off most everything. Company officials say it's wrapping up to be Target's biggest day ever for online sales.
