ICE agent charged with DUI in crash after leaving Broadview facility

OAK BROOK, Ill. (WLS) -- An ICE agent was charged with driving under the influence after jumping the curb and crashing into a hedgerow in suburban Oak Brook, police said.

Police body camera video shows officers questioning 33-year-old Guillermo Diaz-Torres of Albuquerque, New Mexico on October 26 after his shift at the detention center in Broadview.

He seems to struggle with walking a straight line and reciting the alphabet.

Diaz-Torres can be heard on video refusing to take a breath analysis.

He will be arraigned next month.
