Illinois SOS Giannoulias holding town hall on Driving Change campaign

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Tuesday, Illinois Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias is hosting a virtual town hall as part of his Driving Change campaign.

The campaign aims to prevent car insurance companies from using socio economic data to charge customers higher rates.
