Judge orders former Dolton Mayor Tiffany Henyard to pay $10K in back rent and damages

DOLTON, Ill. (WLS) -- A judge has ordered former Dolton Mayor Tiffany Henyard to pay $10,000 in back rent and damages.

Henyard and her boyfriend were accused of not paying the rent for the home they lived in.

Court documents show Cook County sheriff's deputies tried and failed to serve Henyard with eviction papers in October 2024.

Henyard and her boyfriend have since moved out of the home. She did not appear in court on Monday.
