Metra UPW service disrupted after pedestrian hit by freight train in Wheaton

WHEATON, Ill. (WLS) -- Service on the Metra Union Pacific line was disrupted Thursday morning after a person was hit by a freight train, Wheaton police said.

Initially, all trains were halted. Metra said outbound service has resumed with delays.
