Bears taking on Chiefs in final preseason game

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Chicago Bears are taking on the Kansas City Chiefs in their final preseason game before the start of the 2025 NFL regular season.

The Bears and Chiefs game starts at 7:20 p.m. Friday at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.

The Bears shut out the Buffalo Bills 38-0 last week after tying with the Miami Dolphins 24-24 in the first week of NFL preseason games.

This is the Bears' first years under new head coach Ben Johnson and second year with starting quarterback Caleb Williams. Johnson is going head-to-head with Andy Reid, who is in his 13th season as the Chiefs head coach and his 26th year as an NFL coach.

The Bears starters are expected to play against the Chiefs Friday, but it was not yet clear how long they would be in the game.
