Northwestern to honor George R.R. Martin

EVANSTON, Ill. -- "Game of Thrones" creator George R.R. Martin will be honored by Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism this weekend.

He graduated from Northwestern in 1970. He is set to receive the Medill Hall of Achievement Alumni Award. Martin sat down with Windy City Live to discuss the honor and "Game of Thrones" secrets.
