A woman's heard saying to dancers with the Ballet Folklorico de Chicago, 'you're lucky ICE isn't here.'

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A 50-year-old Chicago man accused of throwing a liquid on a group of parents and children, who were making their way out of a Mexican folkloric dance class, has been charged, Chicago police said Wednesday.
Robert Villanueva has been charged with battery in the incident.
Video of the incident has gone viral. It happened about 10 p.m. Friday night near Belmont Avenue and Pulaski Road on Chicago's Northwest Side.

Then, the man throws the liquid.
The Belmont Gardens dance studio, parents and children said they feel like they're under attack.
The couple involved spoke with ABC7 Chicago and admitted their actions were wrong.
They said they feel threatened by the backlash they have received.
Villanueva is due in court April 9.
