A Lake County sheriff's spokesperson told ABC7 that a tenant who was living on the property, but not the home, is suspected of setting the fire.

Robert D. Neumann was arrested on Monday.

"It appears Neumann poured gasoline at the rear of the home and set it on fire, for no apparent reason," officials said.

He was charged with aggravated arson and residential arson, both felonies.

Two firefighters suffered minor injuries while battling the flames, the sheriff's spokesperson said.

The fire is being investigated.
