
CHICAGO (WLS) -- An Illinois state trooper was among three people injured in a crash on the West Side Monday morning, Illinois State Police said.
The crash occurred at about 4:14 a.m. at West Jackson Boulevard and South Homan Avenue near Garfield Park.
Police said an ISP squad car and a passenger vehicle were involved in a crash and the driver of the vehicle, another person and a trooper were taken to a hospital with injuries.

The trooper is expected to be OK, state police said.
