Tuesday is deadline for 2026 Chicago Marathon applications

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Tuesday is your last chance to run in The 48th Bank of America Chicago Marathon.

Applications for 2026 are due at 2 p.m. Tuesday.

More than 160,000 people applied to run this year.

A record breaking 54,300 participants crossed the finish line.

Tuesday's deadline is for both guaranteed or non-guaranteed entries.

The 2026 Chicago Marathon will take place on Sunday, October 11, 2026.
