A man in Mumbai, India, is being hailed as a hero after he helped deliver a baby on a train platform, with guidance from a doctor via video call.
Manjeet Dhillon captured the incredible moments after the baby was delivered safely by a man identified by Indian news outlets as Vikas Bendre.
According to NDTV, Bendre noticed a pregnant woman in distress on the train, and signaled for an emergency stop at Ram Mandir station.
Dhillon said a group of commuters called an ambulance for the woman, but emergency services were slow to arrive.
In the meantime, Bendre was quick to get a doctor on the phone and followed her instructions to deliver the baby safely.
"It's the first time I've ever done something like this," Bendre said in the video, according to a translation from NDTV. "I was very scared, but a madam helped me over a video call."

Dhillon said in the post on Instagram that the baby was "halfway out" when Bendre stepped up to help.
