Woman charged after 4 attacked in Loop, including on CTA train, with glass bottle: CPD

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A woman has been charged with attacking four people in the Loop Monday night, Chicago police said.

Police said Jada Beatty, 26, struck a 19-year-old woman and a 32-year-old woman with a glass bottle while riding a CTA train in the 100-block of North State Street.

Police said Beatty also struck a 66-year-old man and a 63-year-old woman outside of the train.

Beatty has been charged with four counts of aggravated battery, two counts of aggravated battery to a transit employee and two counts of aggravated battery to a victim over 60.
