CHICAGO (WLS) -- Do you have dreams of wining the lottery or a sweepstakes?

Jason Knowles and the I-Team have a warning after getting calls from people who say they were fooled by scammers. One man told us his father he gave away $9,000 dollars, thinking that money was a "service fee" to collect so called "winnings" of millions.
