Renderings of proposed Union Station addition released

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Renderings were released Monday, showing what Chicago's Union Station would look like if a major addition gets approved.

A massive development could be built on top of the West Loop train station.

The building would have a hotel with more than 300 rooms, plus 400 residential units.

An office building would be built next door.
