CHICAGO (WLS) -- The running season gets started in Chicago on April 3, 2016 with the Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle 8K. The race is a Chicago tradition 37 years. The course weaves through downtown, starting and finishing in Grant Park. 25,000 runners are expected to participate. The Shamrock Shuffle is the first step for many runners planning to run in the Chicago Marathon coming up on October 9, 2016. Professional Runner, Luke Puskedra, joined ABC 7 live from the starting line to talk about this year's Shamrock Shuffle.
