Teenager critically injured in West Garfield Park shooting

CHICAGO (WLS) -- An 18-year-old boy shot in the chest and critically injured in West Garfield Park Tuesday morning, according to Chicago police.

Police say the shooting happened near Madison Street and Springfield Avenue. A 16-year-old girl suffered a graze wound The circumstances of the shooting have not yet been released.
